Lipotherme is a laser-assisted lipolysis device used for spot fat reduction and skin contraction and tightening. The temperature increase in the dermis creates an inflammation that causes fibroblastic proliferation which improves for upto 4 months. Lipotherme can be used for circumferential reduction and skin tightening in areas such as the abdoman, or used alone for just skin tightening in the cheeks for example.
