Dr. Khalifeh completed his surgical training at the top rated Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Plastic Surgery Program. He then became Assistant Professor and Co-Director of the Cosmetic Surgery Education Program at Johns Hopkins Univeristy in the department of plastic surgery at the Johns Hopkins University and spends two days each week instructing upcoming surgeons in the art of science of cosmetic plastic surgery.

He is a noted speaker and an author of several research papers and book chapters in the field of Plastic Surgery. He is the recipient of numerous scientific honors and distinctions, including the Top Spear Award and Alpha Omega Alpha distinctions at Vanderbilt University, top in-service award at Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Khalifeh spent his undergraduate years in Philadelphia, where he attended the Prestigious University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned the Phi Beta Kappa distinction.
