Jan V. Karlin, MD Dr. Jan Karlin has practiced plastic and reconstructive surgery for over 20 years. To ensure that he provides his patients with the most up to date techniques, he continuously participates in seminars and conferences. Dr. Karlin, known by former patients as "the best surgeon" in Palm Springs in performing facial, breast, and liposuction surgeries, is also skilled in performing a variety of plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
