Labiaplasty is for women who are unhappy with large or asymmetric labia, or related female genital issues. Labiaplasty permits the reduction of large labia (labia minora and labia majora) to reduce their outward appearance and correct misshapenness or irregularities. Augmentation Labiaplasty As women turn their attention to beauty of the whole body, genital alteration becomes an option. While some feel aspects of their genitalia are too large, for example, long labia majora, or vulvar lips, others feel their labia are too small or thin. To improve appearance and possibly sexual fulfillment, cosmetic surgeons can inject the labia with extracted body fat. This technique can also be used to increase the size of one side of the labia if the other side is smaller. Labial augmentation is less invasive than other genital surgeries, and can easily be combined with other procedures.
