What is Thermage?
Thermage is a cosmetic procedure that provides a non-surgical method for tightening loose skin and wrinkles using radiofrequency energy. The actual radiofrequency device used in the process is controlled by computer. It can tighten without damaging the outer layer of the skin. There are no incisions involved.

Thermage was originally used for loose skin on the face and neck, and was referred to as the "lunch time facelift" however, as the technology has progressed many doctors are now using thermage for lax body skin - a non-surgical tummy tuck - as an over simplistic metaphor.
