A popular website recently announced the 10 American cities with the most cellulite.

Accounting for lifestyle factors such as smoking, obesity, a high-fat diet, and lack of exercise, totalbeauty.com has come out with their list of the top 10. Not surprisingly, most are in the south, with a couple of surprises.
