He says "VASER fat is easier to work with than any other technology because VASER's ultrasound gently shakes the fat loose, providing more purity of material to work with. There's less blood and undesired cellular material, which allows for a much finer injectable fat. It's truly like sculpting a fine artistic product with nothing standing in the way of achieving optimal results. Other techniques give a more globular and lumpy fat material, which is more difficult to work with. With a breast implant, you have less control on the aesthetic results since the implant has a shape of its own. When using the patient's own liquid fat for re-injecting back into the patient's breasts I can place it precisely where I want it with more control. I can also direct it into normally difficult areas, for example, areas that may have had a depression, a scar, or asymmetry."
