There's less blood and undesired cellular material, which allows for a much finer injectable fat. It's truly like sculpting a fine artistic product with nothing standing in the way of achieving optimal results. Other techniques give a more globular and lumpy fat material, which is more difficult to work with. With a breast implant, you have less control on the aesthetic results since the implant has a shape of its own. When using the patient's own liquid fat for re-injecting back into the patient's breasts I can place it precisely where I want it with more control. I can also direct it into normally difficult areas, for example, areas that may have had a depression, a scar, or asymmetry."
