SlimLipo, Because Turkey Necks are for the Birds
Palomar's laser lipo technology removes excess fat and tightens the skin for a more appealing neckline.
Laser lipo technology has revolutionized the aesthetic industry. Patients all over the world are asking for this new method to sculpt the body that avoids the general anesthesia and extensive recovery often required of traditional liposuction. Recently featured on The Dr. Oz Show, aesthetic laser manufacturer Palomar has created the SlimLipo laser fat removal machine, and patients are reaping the rewards. Dr. Michael Will of Will Surgical Arts in Urbana, MD uses SlimLipo in his office, and is pleased with the results he gets, especially in sensitive areas such as the neck. "SlimLipo works well on very delicate skin areas with contour requirements such as superficial work without surface irregularities.... I have not found an area where there is a poor application for SlimLipo." Laser lipo technology offers the added benefit of not only removing the excess fat in a given area, but also tightening the skin. Dr. Will says, "skin contraction is improved and maximized with the use of laser energy in conjunction with the fat removal." This is why he likes to use SlimLipo specifically on the neck and lower face area. Actual before and after results of Dr. Michael Will 4 months following procedure SlimLipo is also very useful for treating the areas more commonly associated with body contouring, such as the stomach, buttocks, and thighs. Oftentimes, the skin tightening abilities of the SlimLipo technology can help avoid the need for additional procedures such as tummy tuck or arm lift.
