How Does Exilis Work?
A dual pulse delivers controlled energy to promote collagen remodeling and skin tightening. The Advanced Cooling System includes a cooling device on the hand piece that counteracts any heat from the RF energy to provide the highest level of patient comfort. Energy Flow Control (EFC) technology controls energy flow to mitigate potential burns and ensure uniform energy delivery.
While Exilis is approved to treat wrinkles, rhytids and provide skin tightening, off label use has shown that Exilis is capable of reaching subcutaneous fat in the deeper levels of treatment. The higher RF energy from Exilis breaks up fat, which is then drained through the lymphatic system and liver. A series of treatments are necessary to get maximum results for spot fat reduction when using the Exilis for non-invasive body contouring. What Are The Risks Of Exilis?
