Johanna J. Abernathy, M.D.
Dr. Abernathy graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1975. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Iowa in 1979 and has been board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1981. During her more than 26 years in practice, Dr. Abernathy has used a number of different lasers for many applications in the field of Ob-Gyn.
Terrie Frieden, R.N., A.R.N.P.
Terrie completed her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse coursework through the Family Planning Council of Iowa in Des Moines. She has over 20 years experience in Women’s Health and four years experience working in the Cosmetic Skin Care industry. She is a member of the Association of Medical Esthetic Nurses. Terrie is also a national laser trainer for Cutera. She is a member of ASLMS (American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery.)
