Amy Kernahan has over ten years experience as a professional makeup artist. Since starting her career at the young age of eighteen, Amy has done it all.
With her extensive experience with photo shoots, runway shows, commercial work and as a National Makeup Artist for Estee Lauder, Amy has earned a reputation in the makeup world for her clean and classic approach to beauty.
In addition to her work as a makeup artist, Amy also specializes in eyebrow shaping and micropigmentation. Her expertise has earned her acknowledgement from Allure Magazine (Best Eyebrows from Broadway to La Brea, 2001), Boston Magazine (Best of Boston, 2001) and the Jewish Press (2005).
Amy's talents keep her in high demand among celebrity clients such as Andie MacDowell, Jules Asner, Kaitlin Wachs, Kathy Hilton, George Foreman, Antoine Fischer, and Steve Irwin.
Amy is based in NYC and is a licensed cosmetologist and certified micropigmentation artist in New York State. Amy is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and was trained under the direction of Susan Church at the International Institute of Permanent Cosmetics.
